At Dolphin House, we offer engaging and adventurous outdoor experiences tailored to both Primary and Secondary schools.
Our programmes help young people develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork while immersing them in the natural world. Whether it’s a residential adventure or a day programme, we create meaningful outdoor experiences for all ages.

Adventure Leadership Programme (S4-S6)
We also offer exciting and impactful outdoor learning experiences for Secondary school groups, whether for a single-day visit or an extended programme. These experiences help pupils develop confidence, leadership skills, and a greater appreciation for the outdoors.
In addition to our school programmes, we will soon be piloting the Adventure Leadership Programme (ALP)—a programme designed specifically for S4-S6 students who are looking to develop leadership skills, gain confidence, and enhance their skills and experiences for future opportunities, whether that be university applications, personal development, or future career pathways. This pilot focuses on monthly adventure-based courses and includes two weekend residentials at Dolphin House, where participants take part in practical, hands-on training in outdoor leadership. Participants will also have the opportunity to work towards recognised outdoor qualifications, providing valuable experience that will strengthen university applications, CVs, and personal growth. The courses will include Hill Skills, Bike Maintenance, Paddle Start & Paddle Safer, visits to our local partners, and more.
We welcome feedback and expressions of interest to help us refine the programme. If you’d like to contribute or stay updated, please complete our short form: Adventure Leadership Programme Feedback Form.
